Luke Haugen-Strand

A working artist for over a decade, Luke Haugen-Strand blends storytelling and the sensory experience of being in nature. Deeply inspired by the group of seven and shaped by a 4 year private mentorship with Macan artist Dale Fehr, Luke blends his influences with his love for story telling, music and nature. His work invites viewers to feel the textures with their eyes, and to hear rhythms beneath the surface, echoes of places they seem to remember.
