Born in Amherst, Nova Scotia, Faye Webb Pike discovered her passion for art at an early age. Her artistic journey began under the mentorship of Sarah Hart in Sackville, New Brunswick, and was further encouraged through a scholarship to the Massachusetts College of Fine Arts in Boston.

She has continued to develop her practice through study with a number of accomplished artists and remains a longtime member of the Sackville Art Association.Faye is a contemporary multimedia artist whose work spans pastel, oil, acrylic, watercolour, ink, and mixed media.

Working from her studio beside the ocean, she draws daily inspiration from the ever-changing coastal landscape, where the sights and sounds of the sea continually influence her creative process.

Faye’s work is exhibited at Blue Heron Art Gallery in Lorneville, Nova Scotia, where visitors can also discover work by artists who have studied with her.
